ABOUT PAUL BUSH
Raised in Idaho, Paul studied art at Utah State University, where he majored in Illustration. Subsequently, he worked in graphic design, computer illustration and animation for 25 years, honing his skills in the digital realm. During that time, he authored several magazine articles on illustration techniques.
After his stint in the digital world and after receiving national recognition for his computer animations for the health and wellness sector, Paul reconnected with his love for painting. His artistic creations encompass a wide range, from captivating portraits of people and animals to vibrant wildlife and landscapes. A common thread throughout his work is his desire to portray subjects in their most beautiful light in artwork that blends expressiveness with realism.
As a member of the Plein Air Painters of Idaho, Paul has participated in exhibitions with art societies and galleries. His past achievements include showcasing his work with the Idaho Water Color Society, Plein Air Painters of Idaho and as a guest artist at Gallery 55 in McCall, Idaho.
