Cindi Walton continues her guest residency at Gallery 55 through the month of July. Her work is rooted in the landscapes of wild Idaho and this year she is Artist in Residence for the Sagebrush Steppe Land Trust. Several of her artworks at the gallery feature the sagebrush steppe. Our featured member artist for July is jeweler Donna Armstrong. Donna is a master of the gemstone, with a certificate in gemology from the Gemological Institute of America. She uses historical metal methods with a contemporary twist to create truly unique and beautiful jewelry.
To avoid crowds of more than ten, we will not be holding a reception on First Saturday in June, but we are open five days a week through June, every day except Sunday and Tuesday, 11-5. We are open 11-5, seven days a week, through July. There will be no opening reception for July. Bring your masks and help us keep the gallery a safe place for you to shop.
