What we have in store for you in January: ceramicist Michael Anderson, woodcarver Constantin Serbu, and a 15% off sale on all art by watercolorist Lynn McConnell. Michael Anderson returns as our guest from Cordova, Alaska, with all new ceramic art in his inimitable style inspired by Alaskan wildlife. His work is highly collectible, so you don’t want to miss seeing it. And help us welcome a new member to the gallery Constantin Serbu, a native of Romania, whose detailed and realistic bas relief wood carvings recall the great traditions of European medieval art. Much of his work depicts rustic scenes of everyday life from his childhood in the countryside of Romania. And, finally, during the month of January only, member Lynn McConnell is offering all of her art in the gallery at 15% off, including watercolors and prints celebrating our regional ranching culture.
View Michael’s, Constantin’s and Lynn’s work and the work of over twenty regional artists at Gallery 55 in the month of January. The gallery is open 11-5 daily, closed New Year’s Day.
