2022 Show Application

Place: Hotel McCall/Bistro 45 Courtyard
Show Dates: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, August 26th, 27^th & 28^th
Show Times: Friday 3PM-7PM, Saturday 10AM-6PM, Sunday 10AM-4PM
Booth Fee: $150 Due Upon Acceptance (Booth Sharing Permitted)

Join us for Art in the Courtyard 2022, sponsored by Gallery 55 in McCall, Idaho. Applications will be juried by professional artists, with first priority given to artistic quality, then an appropriate mix of media. All else being equal, consideration will be given to 1st come, 1st served. Please no crafts.

You may share a booth with another artist, but that artist must also apply separately and be accepted.

The deadline for applying is June 1, 2022. As part of your application, you will be required to submit two samples of your recent work (completed in 2017-22) as jpeg files, no more than 2MB each in size. It is suggested that you also submit an image of your booth set up.

Late applications will be accepted, but a late fee of $20 will be assessed if you are accepted.

Artists will be selected and notified by June 6, 2022. If selected, you will be invoiced by email for the booth fee. The fee must be paid by midnight June 20 in order to secure your booth space.

If qualified applicants outnumber the available booth spaces, you may be given the option to be put on a waitlist pending cancellations.

Cancellation policy: You may cancel by July 26 and receive a refund of your booth fee. Late fees will not be refunded.

Relative to the Covid-19 situation, our current policy is to proceed with full show preparation unless Idaho Governor Brad Little or the City of McCall designates otherwise. The show’s webpage will be updated regularly pertinent to this, and any accepted applicants advised immediately of any changes. If the show is canceled, booth fees will be refunded.
