Bill Hamilton was born in Chicago and was influenced by both the architectural and artistic heritage of that city. He studied at the Art Institute, was a “student” of the Bauhaus refugees that reformed at the Illinois Institute of Technology. His undergraduate degree from Parsons School of Design in New York City launched a long career in advertising and his love of design in general.
Now retired, he splits his time between Boise and Ketchum to explore painting and its storytelling capabilities.
